Top Ten Tuesday: Books Wish List

Last week the prompt was Books We Are Giving... this week over at The Broke and the Bookish they are asking about books we want. Yay, what an easy list to make! Here are a few that are on my wish list:

1. Where She Went by Gayle Forman
2. A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness
3. Goliath by Scott Westerfeld
4. Miss Peregrine's Home for Pecular Childen by Ransom Riggs
5. Among Others by Jo Walton
6. Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins
7. Touch by Jus Accardo
8. The Gray Wolf Throne by Cinda Williams Chima
9. The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson
10. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green... which isn't quite out yet... but so very soon!

I've seen much buzz about them all, and hopefully I'll get to them some day soon, whether it's because Santa brings them, or I find them at the library! (I suddenly find myself with way too many books stacked around me, and while I love it, I've told Santa not to bring so many this year. We'll see how that goes!)

What's on your list?

  1. Looks like a nice list for Santa to choose from. Merry Christmas. kaye—the road goes ever ever on

  2. That's a great list of books! I have gift cards that I get each year and I am having a hard time making up my mind what to buy!

  3. You know, I actually had a harder time coming up with my list than I thought. I'm with you on I have too many books lying around and don't really need more right now.

  4. A Monster Calls made my list too. I've preordered The Fault in Our Stars, but I can hardly wait for it!

  5. A Monster Calls made my list, too! Can't wait to read it. :))

  6. Great list! Where She Went is amazing! Merry Christmas!

  7. i do like your list. i always think, of course i have a list, and then someone asks and i can hardly recall a one. maybe they all bottleneck trying to exit my memory, cause surely there are a gazillion books I want!
