Utah Author Month!

Awhile back, Natasha of Maw Books Blog had an idea. And finally, this month, that idea is coming to pass! She thought, and we all agreed, that it would be fun, as Utah book bloggers, to dedicate a month to reading, reviewing and promoting Utah authors. 

So if you are a Utah book blogger and this is the first you've heard about it, be sure to check out this post over at Maw Books Blog for the details and to sign up. If you are a Utah author and you want to be included, you can do the same! 

I listed in my post yesterday what I hoped to read in May, but then I gathered up the books and took a picture! (Yes, most of them are laying around waiting to be read anyway, and I added a few more... there's some more too that I don't have that I hope to acquire for this month's reading.)

Besides reading and reviewing as much of these books as I can, I hope to highlight many authors on my Authors Pick Five feature. That's where I ask just one question.... What five books are most important or influential to you? I've done a bunch of local authors already, but I hope to add to the list. 

We have a Goodreads list where we have been trying to gathering all the books in one place. I have no idea if we are even coming close. And I also have here on my blog my own working list, which is far from complete, but has the ones that I'm aiming for first.
