The books I fit into the crazy month of December:

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Colllins: In a future America, there's a reality TV show where kids fight to the death.

Sweethearts by Sara Zarr: Jenna changes her identity when she moves to a new high school, but never forgets her childhood friend and what happened between them.

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee: Scout and her brother Jem try to lure out the neighborhood recluse while their dad is involved in an unpleasant trial.

Deep Down Popular by Phoebe Stone: A young girl gets to help the boy she's had a crush on all her life and learns about true friendship.
