What? Hour Eleven already? But we just got started!!!

We got sleepy and had a little nap, read a little more, then took a break to run an errand and eat some lunch. That took the last hour and a half, but I thought I'd update where I'm at anyway.

Okay, I'm ready to buckle down now and accomplish something!

  1. How are you liking the Mist? No one writes atmosphere like King! Good job on the Readathon so far. :)

  2. I'm a huge King fan but I've never read the Mist.. what do you think of it so far?
    Enjoy your reading!

  3. Still feels like morning doesn't it??

  4. Suey is what it is all about, and not the numbers. Besides, you got your kids reading with you, how special is that? fantastic!

As always, enjoy your reading! :)

  5. 1, 2, 3, 4
Hope your book isn’t a bore
    5, 6, 7, 8
And your readathon is going great!

  6. You got this!!! :) You are doing awesome!!

Anyways, I’m Jamie–one of your cheerleaders ready to cheer you on! Sometimes when I was in college and I would be doing marathon paper writing (not that the readthon isn’t fun!!) I would need just a quick stretch and a laugh and for whatever reason laughing babies always did the trick to make me giggle and then get back done to business! Here’s one of my favorites:

  7. Keep it up your doing great, keep on reading and stay up late!!!!!

Sounds like you are doing really well so far! Hope you're having lots of fun! GReat job!!!!

  8. Stephen King should keep you awake! You're in the home stretch now!

  9. Your lunch sounds amazing. I am quite jealous. I enjoyed Song of the Sparrow when I read it, but never finished it. Had to return it to the library before I finished it, even though it was a fairly quick read.
