Book Review: Love, Life and the List by Kasie West

Book: Love, Life and the List by Kasie West
Genre: YA Contemporary
Rating:★ ★ ★ ★ ☆

Well. Another Kasie West book came out, so I bought it and read it. Pretty much just how it goes around here!

This one was about an artist girl who the summer between her junior and senior year is hoping to get her paintings into the art show at the gallery she works for. Well, the boss dude said, um, yeah, they are good, but there is no HEART. No EMOTION!

She is bummed, but decides to fix that by the end of the summer and in time for the art show. How does she do this? She makes a list of ideas of things she can do to help her get some heart. Some life experience. She needs to FEEL things1

Well and so it just happens that from her group of four tight friends, two of them are gone for the summer which leaves her with the fourth one.. a dude who she of course has loved for a year  (or forever), but can't tell him. Because it would ruin the great friendship they have. (She actually did tell him a year ago, but he laughed it off as a joke. AH!!)

Anyway, so together they do the stuff on the list and... well... you'll have to read it to see how it all turns out! :)

So yes, another cute fun story with relate-able characters with real life issues. I love this stuff. But you all know that already.
