ReplyDeleteWow, you really liked Incarceron that much huh? I've been dreading reading it for some reason. I guess I better give it a chance now. ;-)
Great lists! I haven't read any of the books on your lists, I'm afraid. I do hope to eventually read The Help, The Sparrow and The Passage. Maybe this year?
ReplyDeleteFantastic lists! I have yet to sit down with my list to choose my top ten. I am hoping to get that done this coming week. I have read several of your favorites, but one that I have not which has been strongly on my tbr list is Warbreaker...I don't have it in my physical tbr pile so I forget about it. I am sure a Queen's Thief book will be on my list, but I am not certain which one. Anyway, very fun reading your list!!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I like your sidebar where you keep your favorites of each year. I think I may take your idea, if you do not mind.

ReplyDeleteImpressive list! I like that you include new author discoveries as well. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI've become a little obsessed with Neal Shusterman since reading Unwind. I loved The Schwa Was Here and will look into reading Antsy. What a bizarre and fabulous brain that man has! Glad to see he made your list.
ReplyDeleteTechno: Yep, I really did. Review to come soon! Why are you dreading it?
ReplyDeleteLiterary Feline: Ah yes, do read them!
Ibeeeg: Oh I hope you do get to Warbreaker! It's awesome! And yes, do take the sidebar idea.
Kaki: Yes! I was so in the mood for your book, loved it, and it ended up on my top ten! I look forward to the sequels this year.
Alexia: It's so fun to see how many authors I add to my favorite list each year.

L: Glad you enjoyed it! I debated putting a disclaimer on my lists so that you all know that these are just the books that I most enjoyed, not necessarily the ones I think are the very most literary.... know what I mean? Anyway, let me know if you do pick one up and what you think!
