Adam Lambert's "Ring of Fire": Like It? Or Not?

  1. You can file me in the not category. While I applaud Adam's attempts to make the song his own, I just didn't like his version. I should say, however, that I was raised listening to Johnny Cash so I am sure that influences my opinion.

  2. I love him! I will admit that song was a little strange, but I really really like Adam! He reminds me a little of David Cook and Chris Daughtry, which I loved!

  3. I LOVED it, but the rest of my family did NOT.

  4. I didn't like it. Just too over the top for me.

  5. LOVED it! I don't normally listen to that style of music, but I appreciate his talent and his own spin on it. He's very talented! :)

  6. So, we've just downloaded the "studio version" from iTunes, and have been playing it constantly! It really grows on you! I'm loving it. Those of you who don't, maybe those sultry eyes of his are too distracting and you'd like it better if you just listened and didn't watch! :)

  7. eh, it's hard to be unbiased when (like Amy) I've grown up loving Johnny Cash. But it wasn't "bad" ... just different IMO.
