It's just on my phone. Not an app. And i just discovered i have it and so i'm addicted. lots of times I see gifs on twitter that I want, but I can't figure out how to save them, so now i can just make one of my own that i can easily save. and now I can just make a gif of anything that moves that i like. That's a lot of stuff! LOL!
