What we are listening to: mellow music mix on my iPod
What we are eating: had pancakes for breakfast and many handfuls of caramel popcorn. Yummy!
Distractions: You name it! I spent an hour with blogging, breakfast and a shower. Then kids started getting up and bugging. Then my mom called me, then a salesman came to the door, then we had cat and bird (cat in, bird out) together. Yeah, so it took me 2 hours to read the last 50 pages of my book. But I did it! ;)

Distractions...another reason why I could not comit myself to this readathon. The distractions never end.

Ah, distractions. I haven't had any except for my brain...which tends to wander and make me need to reread pages I just finished. Not fast reading, let's just say. BTW, I'm totally jealous of your book nook (still).
