I always wanted to be part of a large family - my mom was one of 10 and my dad one of 4. For me, growing up, it was just me, my brother and my dad :( I envy you.Michelle Fluttering Butterflieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08793681725475475156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-42433440175371578552010-08-24T22:07:58.116-06:002010-08-24T22:07:58.116-06:00What fun photos! I definitely fit the oldest child mold as well, and I find that role affects my romantic relationships especially...I get involved with men who want to do more "leading" and I'm like "dude, sorry, I'm not a follower, I helped raise 5 kids". It's interesting!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02554027243298117469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-5185300086082868512010-08-21T18:06:00.990-06:002010-08-21T18:06:00.990-06:00Wow great family pics. Thankfully we do get along better. I think bigger families end up being a lot closer and your family seems to support that. My husband and his oldest brother are 14 years apart and they are really close. I guess once you hit adulthood, the difference in age really doesn't make that much difference; it's more about what you have in common.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05554217416500328610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-8505373713656603602010-08-21T16:08:36.934-06:002010-08-21T16:08:36.934-06:00Wow! I think that's why I really like reading books with families with multiple siblings, and seeing the individual relationships that someone can have with all of them.Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10511914877644410598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-11747507565140015752010-08-21T14:22:30.702-06:002010-08-21T14:22:30.702-06:00You have a terrific family, immediate and extended...You have a terrific family, immediate and extended family! It amazes me that your youngest sibling, your sister was born after you left for college! It's also fantastic that you are so close now!
I love that you are happy to have grown up in such a large family and appreciate them, despite some of the annoyances and irritations while growing up. Those are normal and happen in every family.

Thank you for sharing and posting photos!

~ AmyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09866342436745173619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-61774495839910386762010-08-21T12:45:33.788-06:002010-08-21T12:45:33.788-06:00What an amazing family you have!
