In my view, books 5-7 are already much slower than 1-4 (although not as slow as 8-10), so it's a good sign if you don't.Ari Abelmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05010361326463627338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-12995117025946176062011-10-14T23:37:24.221-06:002011-10-14T23:37:24.221-06:00Kailana: I plan to get going on it this weekend.

I hope to get through them before the big final book next year. I think I'll start the Path of Daggers by November... I first read the series in when I was in high school, shortly before Knife of Dreams came out. I'm now a recent college grad, and I haven't read the series straight through in 6 or 7 years (although I've occasionally a few of the books here and there, and I have read each new book when it has come out). I am currently at the beginning of Winter's Heart, going at about a book a month.

I'm always interested in what other people have to say about these books. They seem to provoke very strong reactions, both positive and negative. I love the series for the sheer enormity and intricacy of it, although I recognize its flaws as well. I'm glad you're not finding it slow so far. Sadly, I have a feeling you will in the next few books. Push through it though! Once you get over the hump of books 8-10, it improves a lot.Ari Abelmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05010361326463627338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-84646411361546199212011-10-11T17:46:34.513-06:002011-10-11T17:46:34.513-06:00I really like Supernatural.
