It wasn't until I was in junior high or high school that I changed it.

And, yeah, I don't understand the negative connotation either. I think it's just because adults aren't supposed to like it because it's for kids. But, I say phooey on that. So, I'm with you, who cares?! The music is awesome and like what you like.Jenni Elysehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08403700912436098391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-67346005909246732732016-05-15T16:22:01.437-06:002016-05-15T16:22:01.437-06:00Oops I called you Jenny in that last reply and not...Oops I called you Jenny in that last reply and not Jenni! Ha! And yes, I think that Opera version is Japanese, but I'd forgotten that! LOL! I know they sing Mandarin stuff a lot but not so much Japanese so it's a bit unusual. Sheesh, I guess I don't know my Korean as well as I thought I did. Hangs head in shame....Sueyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02926501219758538615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-33856759105754504162016-05-15T16:20:02.940-06:002016-05-15T16:20:02.940-06:00Jenny: I still don't get what makes someone ca...Jenny: I still don't get what makes someone categorize a band as a "boy band". There are boys, they are in a band, thus boy band. They dance? Boy band? There are more than two of them? Boy band? I don't get it. Whatever. Call them a boy band, fine, but I hate that for some reason it has a negative connotation like that means they aren't legit or something. Yeah, I could go on a bit of a rant about this!!! LOL!
Sueyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02926501219758538615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-5327098940878554582016-05-15T16:12:40.087-06:002016-05-15T16:12:40.087-06:00So, did you know that "Opera" is in Japa...So, did you know that "Opera" is in Japanese? As I was listening to it, I realized that I recognized some of the words so I looked it up on Wikipedia. It's Super Junior's third Japanese song. AWESOME!!! By the way, I liked this one a lot. And, yes, it is minor. :)

Woot woot! I've already seen "Fire" and "Lucifer." As I said yesterday, I really like them as well. :)

So, as I was listening to both your post and Megs' post, Corey started laughing. He asked me what I was listening to and I told him Kpop. He said that he thought so and wondered why I'm listening to it. I told him about the meme and that I like these songs. He said they sound too boy bandish. Ugh! That phrase again. I told him that he knows I like boy bands and he said that he wished he knew before he married me. *rolls eyes* He was joking, of course. I told him that at least it was better than country and he said that he wasn't sure. So, he put up a poll on Facebook asking which was worse, Korean boy band or country. *shakes head*
Jenni Elysehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08403700912436098391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5566869117228903343.post-64093317221557395682016-05-15T16:05:57.862-06:002016-05-15T16:05:57.862-06:00AHH!!!!
